About Payment
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Nothing is lost. After 30 days, if you have not chosen a plan yet, the account stops allowing new records to be created, but you can still look at everything that is already there. We never take away access to your own squad.
How much storage do I get for documents?
It depends on the plan: 500 MB on Coach, 2 GB on Coaching Staff and 10 GB on Unlimited. On the club plans, 10 GB on Club and 20 GB on Full Club. The Unlimited plan's name is about teams and people. Disk space has a ceiling on all of them, because it is shared. To give you an idea: a PDF of club rules is around 200 KB and a phone scan comes in under 400 KB once the app compresses it, so 500 MB is more than a thousand documents.
What if a payment fails?
You keep using everything while we try again over a few days, and we email you to update your card. If it still doesn't go through, the account becomes read-only: you never lose access to what is there, and paying again lets you create again.
Can I change plan partway through?
You can, at any time, in the subscription area of the app. Moving up a plan makes the new seats available straight away; moving down respects the period you have already paid for.
How do I cancel?
Straight from the app, with no phone calls and no emails. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.
How do I pay?
In the app, with payments processed by Stripe. Coach plans are paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit; club plans by Multibanco, MB WAY, bank transfer, card or SEPA Direct Debit. With a card or direct debit, the subscription renews on its own until you cancel.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes, for coach plans: you pay the same as 10 months and get the whole year, so 2 months free. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time, in the app.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. For each payment we issue an invoice-receipt in Moloni, certified invoicing software, and send it to your email. If you give a tax number (NIF) when paying (yours or the club's), the invoice carries it.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. We are VAT exempt under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA), so the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added.
Does an archived team count towards the plan limit?
No. Only active teams take up a place. This is deliberate: a team spans several seasons, and without this rule a coach on the Coach plan would be blocked after a single one.
